Hard Freeze

If you are traveling or too busy to get in to use your massage credits this option might work for you. There are no fees to put your membership on a Hard Freeze. You can Hard Freeze your account for a minimum of 30 days with a maximum of 90 days per calendar year. You will not incur any fees or accrue any additional massage credits during a Hard Freeze. You will not have access to any massage credits or your membership pricing, but your credits will be available once the Hard Freeze is over, and your account is once again active

Soft Freeze

If you have accrued several credits and you would like to get caught up this may be a good option for you. There is a small non-refundable monthly fee to utilize this option. You will have full access to your membership pricing and any accrued massage credits. This option is available for a minimum of 30 days and up to a maximum of 90 days per calendar year.
