Membership Hard Freeze

  • A membership cannot be used while frozen (this includes using any pre-paid sessions).
  • Once frozen, a membership must be frozen for a minimum of 30 days with a maximum of 90 days. Dues will automatically resume on the unfreeze date below.
  • Dues will automatically resume on the unfreeze date below.
  • Once unfrozen, membership cannot be frozen again for a minimum of 30 days after unfreeze date.
  • Your account must be current to be eligible to freeze. All fields are required in order to submit the request.

**Phone Number and Email Address must match those associated with your membership when it was originally established. If your email and phone number does not match, you will need to go into the center where your membership originated and complete the process in person.

Someone from your home center will contact you within 72 hours to verify that your membership has been placed in a Hard Freeze. If you have not received a call within 72 hours, please call your home center directly.
