Membership Soft Freeze

There will be a $25.00 non-refundable fee to utilize the Soft Freeze option for each month that the membership is frozen.
The membership can be used while frozen (this includes using any pre-paid sessions).
Once frozen, a membership must be frozen for a minimum of 30 days with a maximum of 90 days.
Membership dues will automatically resume on the unfreeze date below.
Once unfrozen, membership cannot be frozen again for a minimum of 30 days after unfreeze date.

**Phone Number and Email Address must match those associated with your membership when it was originally established. If your email and phone number does not match, you will need to go into the center where your membership originated and complete the process in person.
